We recently had 17 windows and our front door replaced in our mid-90's house. We received in home quotes from about 6 companies and short listed to two which we visited in their showroom.

Vitaly (sales rep from Korsun) was very patient with all our questions and did an excellent job explaining everything. The different companies had different views on certain aspects of the job and Vitaly took the time to give his rationale on why it should be approached in his recommended manner. He also provided suggestions when we needed them but was not pushy in any way.

They kept in touch with us as the order was being manufactured (took about 10 weeks) and installation was scheduled a week in advance (plenty of lead time). The installation took 3.5 days and the main installation crew (Max and Oleg) were fantastic. They were polite, efficient, careful in their work, kept everything spotless, and again answered any questions we had. We have nothing but the absolute best things to say about these professionals!!

The end product turned out exactly as originally planned and discussed. There were a few unique elements to our job (exterior trim colours, gills, different interior trim styles) and all of it turned out as expected. Vitaly came on-site to do the final inspection to ensure everything was just as we wanted, which it all was.

When we selected Korsun we were actually a little apprehensive because their reviews are all so positive (5/5 with hundreds of reviews). We did reference checks with three of their recent clients and they confirmed their very positive experience. After experiencing their professionalism and care at the client site, I can see why they have that incredible review rating!

What an incredible experience we had with Korsun. The windows, front door and side lights install was smooth and they honestly left the rooms cleaner than they found them. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!
